gâteau au chocolat
Hi all
I am sending you here one of the dessert we prepare in our lodge. It is a french "gâteau au chocolat".
Here is the recipe:
Mix 150 gr of chocolate and 100 gr butter, and heat them in a double boiler.
Once they are melted add them four eggs yolks, one at a time. Then add them
1 cup sugar,
2 all purpose flour table spoons,
and 1 tea spoon self rising powder.
On the other hands whisk four eggs whites until stiff and them add them to the chocolate preparation. Then cook it in 200° oven for around 15 minutes. Outside it shall be cooked, but inside it has to be still wet.
You can serve it with cream and red fruits, like strawberries, raspberrys or other.
