SALMON STEAKS
Our dearest Gina gave me this recipe.
Sear each steak first on a grill pan. Put each steak into a square of tinfoil big enough to wrap around. Pour lemon juice over each one, sprinkle salt and cracked pepper and a thin slice of butter. Wrap up well and put into oven dish - bake for about 5 - 7 mins (depending how rare you like them). Open but don´t unwrap the steaks, make a sauce with white wine, lemon juice, garlic and some cream and serve with whatever you want!
