Yogurt desert
Vala gave me this recipe, it is from her grandma.
4 dl. Yogurt (without a sugar)
40gr. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
5 cups gelatine
1 dl. Cream
Treat the gelatine as the instruction. Mix the Yogurt in a bawl, with the sugar and the vanilla. Wipe the cream and blend it together and finally the gelatine. Keep it in the fridge until it is like jelly, turn it on a plate or serve in the bawl with a hot berry juice or berry souse.
