Fisherman’s bread.
Svanborg here at the office gave me this recipe and she says that this one of the things that you have to take with you when you go fishing.
4 cups wheat
4 cups whole – wheat
2 cups oatmeal
5-6 tsp baking powder
2 tsp sodium
1 ½ tsp salt
2 ½ tbsp sugar
2 ½ cups white wine
2 ½ cups milk
Everything is put together in one bowl and mixed. Then you split this in 4 baking trays and baked it for 45-50 minutes on 200 °C
