Report from Dee, Lower Crathes
We just received this nice comment from two of our anglers who just returned from Lower Crathes beat on Dee.
Robert is Mr. Robert Harper the ghillie on Lower Crathes. A highly professional man who knows the river like the back of his hand.

Thank you very much for helping to look after Jamie and I during our recent visit to your beat on the Dee. Could you please also pass on our thanks to your ghillie colleague Robert. We thoroughly enjoyed both your company and were very grateful for your support. You have a wonderful beat on the Dee with cracking fly water, just wish we could have stayed on for another week.....
We finished off around 7:30pm on Saturday with 5 salmon that afternoon, to one shared rod, superb sport. The river was in excellent order and it was difficult to drag ourselves away.
I do hope we get a chance to fish your beat in the future and have the opportunity to catch-up with Robert and your self again.

Hi Arni & Harpa,
Just a quick note to let you know we had a superb three days on Lower Crathes & West Durris. Jamie and I managed to land 7 salmon from 4lb to 15lb over the three days (one shared rod). The conditions were a little tricky on the first couple of days but were excellent on the Saturday afternoon.
Jamie and I look forward to meeting with you on the Kola in week 23.
